This year, Great Northern once again joins a selection of iconic buildings around Manchester to celebrate Halloween by turning a ghastly green, with a spectacular light installation bringing spooky season to life every evening.

It wouldn’t be Halloween without bone-chilling horror movies, and ODEON Great Northern has something for all scare-seeking film fanatics with a fright-filled schedule of spooky screenings throughout the week and beyond.

Perfect for tiny terrors on a wet and windy half term afternoon, Little Northerners hosts a free stay-and-play session from 1-3pm on Thursday 31st October. Simply drop in for a gentle, engaging activity session for babies and pre-schoolers – with no booking required.

On 30th and 31st October, Great Northern’s beloved authentic Polish restaurant Platzki brings two days of pierogi perfection to Manchester with a special Halloween edition of Pierogi Fest to celebrate Europe’s favourite dumplings.
Roll up from 12pm-10pm and grab a wide array of delectable pierogi parcels in a variety of flavours, with meat, vegetarian, vegan and sweet options available.
