This August Bank Holiday, get ready for three days of sunshine vibes, live bands and good times as MCR 1 Live takes over Lion’s Den’s outdoor terrace.
Running from Friday 22 – Sunday 24 August, 3pm until late daily, the brand-new festival is completely free to attend and packed with some of the most exciting grassroots acts around.
Hosted by the brilliant trio Joe McGrath, Adam Brown and Nige “Wingman” Lucas, the weekend features a mix of live performances and DJ sets to keep the energy flowing from afternoon to after-dark.
Headliners The Entitled Sons, Bohmen and The Social Club Band will be joined by over 20 brilliant emerging acts including Noah Speaks, Dakota Avenue, TJ Buckley, Laura Farrow, Bets, Nat Demps, Jacob Reddy, Lydia Reddy, Jack Carroll, Kahula and many more. From indie and alt sounds to fresh new voices, MCR 1 Live is an unmissable wallet-friendly celebration of Manchester’s incredible music scene.
