This month, Manchester-based artist Sophie Nixon presents a vibrant new exhibition at 275 Deansgate, next door to Evuna, featuring a captivating mix of paintings, original ink sketches and exclusive new prints.
The gallery is open Thursdays to Sundays, 12-5 pm, until Sunday 14 December, with a preview evening taking place on Thursday 4 December from 4-8 pm, where all are welcome to view the work with a (plastic) glass of wine!

Sophie’s latest collection includes new oil paintings alongside her original Manchester ink sketches. She is also launching a fresh range of ink sketch prints, mounted in a panoramic 95×33 cm format. Prints can be commissioned individually or as a triple sketch of your favourite Manchester buildings, ready in just 72 hours.
Alongside her original and printed works, Sophie offers her Manchester-themed paintings as greetings cards, perfect for gifts or collectors. Older works will also be available at discounted prices during the exhibition.
Visitors can select three of their favourite Manchester landmarks to be sketched and printed in a single panoramic composition, priced at £150.
The gallery is located at 275 Deansgate, just a two-minute walk from Deansgate/Castlefield station.
This exhibition is a must-see for fans of contemporary Manchester art, offering a chance to collect original pieces, limited edition prints, and charming city-themed greetings cards.
