Bringing some of the best up-and-coming acts around Manchester to Lions Den for a belting night of live music, ON THE RISE returns with a stellar line-up of emerging talent, including The Empire Police, Killer Pink Flamingos, Abi Rose Kelly and Lighter Thieves.
