Hosted by Jenny Roche, this incredible 6 week course introduces the classic body of yoga postures (asanas) and basic sequences, including sun salutations, to provide the perfect foundation upon which total beginners can build their yoga capabilities.
A focus on healthy alignment principles and an introduction to breathing practices (pranayama) will help build strength, flexibility and create a foundation for your yoga practice.
Throughout the course, students will receive personal attention every week in a personalised, attentive learning environment in which novices will develop core poses and work at a pace that ensures learning, greater mental clarity and calm.
