Each day will include sessions on yoga teachings, mediative elements, foundation poses and one more challenging session. Retreat days are suitable for complete beginners and more advanced yogis alike.
The day runs as follows:
10am Welcome the New Year class and intention setting
11.30am Dynamic practice
12.45 Delivered vegan lunch
1.30pm Yoga teachings workshop
3pm Warm flow, breathwork and mediation
At the end of the day, students will be able to to take home a goodie bag, packed with locally-sourced treats from brands like Neal’s Yard, ‘bring a friend for free’ passes, and a working knowledge of the classes and life tools on offer at The Life Centre.
