Manage mental health using the art of embroidery with Thread Journalling

Led by Manchester-based embroidery artist Stephanie Evans, Thread Journalling offers a free social and creative activity opportunity for Manchester residents (age 16+) to help with mental health challenges (anxiety, stress, depression) by learning the art of using thread to represent and record your everyday experiences as miniature stitches.

All materials, tea and coffee are included free of charge.

Classes are on Mondays at 6.30pm – 8pm
