cocktails, summer spirits, and a large, Malibu rum-inspired shot menu, everybody’s favourite Caribbean coconut drinks brand is bringing a pop-up tropical terrace to Great Northern Square this May.
Created in collaboration with the team at Pong & Puck, Malibu Beach Club celebrates the summer mindset and invites guests to ‘do whatever tastes good’, with vibrant must-try classic cocktails including the Pina Colada and Miami Vice, as well as a range of pizzas including mushroom, truffle and, naturally, Hawaiian.
For those who want to squeeze every drop out of the early summer vibes, Malibu Beach Club runs a weekend Bottomless Brunch and a Happy Hour from 5-7pm Sunday to Thursday.
As party-oriented as it is realistic, the terrace also features an undercover heated area to keep the exotic excitement alive in spite of any typical Manchester weather.
Open from 5th May until 30th September, there will be a number of giveaways and events to get guests in the feel-good spirit.
