From 3 January 2019, The Life Centre North class timetable is changing.
They’ve introduced a wider range of classes for beginners, designed to build confidence and address the fundamentals of a life-long practice.
New warm classes have been introduced for those who like to work out as they work in, but without the full intensity of a hot class.
They’ve also made some changes to start times to make classes more accessible for more people.
The following is a summary of the key class changes.
