Feliz Navidad! This December, Evuna is bringing Spanish-inspired cheer to the season with its Chef’s Christmas Experience, a celebratory menu filled with authentic tapas favourites.
Guests are welcomed with a glass of fizz and a selection of nibbles that includes salted almonds, Gordal olives, Cameros cheese and slices of chorizo and Serrano jamón. A generous spread of irresistible tapas follows, featuring deep-fried beef piquillo peppers, roasted seabass with garlic and chilli, goat’s cheese croquetas, creamy paprika chicken, calamari and Evuna’s signature patatas chips.
For the main event, diners can opt for a seafood paella or a mixed grill of marinated chicken skewers, premium fillet and chorizo. A trio of baked cheesecake, almond tart and chocolate cake brings the memorable meal to an indulgent conclusion.
