Suki Suki brings Pan-Asian dining to Great Northern

Posted: 3rd April 2023

Bringing slurp-tastic ramen, steaming dumplings and tantalising bao buns to Manchester City Centre and beyond, Suki Suki Street Food has officially launched at 227 Deansgate with a brand new Pan-Asian dining experience from The Great Northern.

After a wildly successful opening party on 30th March, Suki Suki welcomes guests for in-restaurant dining from 12pm every single day, so head down at the earliest opportunity for a memorable lunch break, post-work catch-up or even a late-night feast, with a steady supply of bao buns and flowing Asahi beer until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.

Situated inside the original Great Northern warehouse building, Suki Suki’s striking yet inviting decor makes elegant use of an exposed brick archway, with Herringbone booth seating, high bar stools, ambient lighting and rattan details spread throughout the space.

Raushan Kumar, Co-Owner at Suki Suki, said: “We were too excited to share our fluffy bao bun and slurpin’ ramen noodle dojo with the people of Manchester, so we opened early, operating via Deliveroo.

“Now we can’t wait to throw open our doors and welcome everybody for the full experience.

“Make sure you get down early to grab one of our delicious fluffy boa buns!”

Mark Schofield, Centre Director of Great Northern Warehouse, said: “Suki Suki brings a completely new cuisine to Great Northern Warehouse.

“We are very excited to welcome the flavours of Eastern Asia to Deansgate and another independent eatery to Great Northern Warehouse.”

Suki Suki at Great Northern Warehouse is open from 12:00 – 22:00 every Sunday –Thursday, and 12:00 – 00:00 every Friday and Saturday.
