Village Hall
Throughout Sunday 25th, men’s mental health charity Mandem Meetup run a FREE bike repair session. Bring your damaged cycle to the Village Hall and get your chain reattached, handlebars repositioned and anything else to have you road-ready in no time.
From 12-2pm, Mandem Meetup’s Jamie hosts a calisthenics exercise class in which guests can learn how to optimise their bodyweight for the perfect no-frills workout.
Amphitheatre Yoga
Suitable for the whole family, the Life Centre North hosts a sun-kissed outdoor yoga class in the iconic Great Northern amphitheatre. Learn the basics of yoga, tai chi and breathwork for 45 mins from 11am, as Jen guides you through a short movement practice to release physical tension before leading into a deeply meditative breathwork practice – taking you through various pranayama, wim hof and conscious connected breathwork styles.
2nd July
Village Hall
On Sunday 2nd July, the Dynamic Engagement Project invites you to the Village Hall to learn how to weave your own eye mandala. Pop down, relax and unwind with the local community as you discover the Huichol weaving craft and create your own mandala to take home.

From 12-2pm, the Village Hall hosts a free Repairs Cafe! Volunteers from some of Manchester’s best repair cafes including Levenshulme, Moss Side, Stretford and Boothstown will offer free repairs and maintenance on everything from small electronics to various mechanics and even furniture. Don’t bin your trusty wares – come down and give your gadgets a new lease of life.
Manchester One Media, next door to the Village Hall also hosts a charity jumble sale featuring a gigantic selection of fashion treasures, with all proceeds going to Forever Manchester.
