Holy Grain is a small, independent bakery specialising in naturally-leavened bread for wholesale supply to Manchester's food and drink industry. Using only organic ingredients, every loaf is handmade and slowly fermented over a 2 day period for maximum flavour, digestibility and health.
Bread is currently available for the public to buy on Fridays and Saturdays along with other pastries and baked goods via the pop-up deli 3 hands deli. Pre-order your loaf for collection via: email@example.com
