Holy Grain is an open-plan, sourdough bakery / shop producing small batches of slow-fermented, naturally-leavened breads by hand (no machinery other than an oven). Initially a test bakery, in its' first phase, organic sourdough loaves will be available for sale to the public Saturdays 9am - sell out. The breads available will be the result of the various test doughs made during the week and baked early Saturday morning. The types of bread available will be posted on line Friday evening.
In 2020, enriched doughs such as brioche and cinnamon and cardamom buns will also be on offer. But for now, come down to grab some sourdough straight out of the oven.
