Now operating from its new location on Deansgate, backing on to Great Northern Square, Platzki Restaurant is a concept created by two food fanatics who took a humble Polish potato pancake and turned it into a taste fest.
This led to the creation of a menu focused on dishes based on honest ingredients, injected with passion and goodness. More evolution, or perhaps I mean revolution, as our menu has become even more adventurous, with Polish traditional dishes becoming ‘street’.
